Wisconsin State Journal publishes patient safety series, interactive tool

The Wisconsin State Journal published a five-day series on patient safety, along with over a dozen news articles, an online resource center, and online tools. The series was published between June 24 and 28.
The interactive tools provide readers with questions and ideas to use when in the hospital to help caregivers keep them safe. These include surgical site marking, asking about medications, and other interventions.
