NH Board of Pharmacy pushes anonymous reporting

New Hampshire pharmacies may now anonymously report medication errors to the state's board of pharmacy, according to the board's newsletter.

The change was made to promote reporting in the state. The goal is to collect enough data to spot and trends or common problesms, which can then be addressed to improve patient safety.
