Members of Patient Safety Monitor have access to the tools library, an archive of a number of customizable patient safety tools, such as policies, procedures, and checklists. The tools are broken down by topic and the library is searchable, making it easy to find a tool on a specific subject.
For example, subscribers can download the latest tool on the site, an observation tool to help you capture and document how the work by various staff members is completed. The intention of the form is that staff members observe their fellow colleagues doing work, utilizing processes, and getting things done.
