AHRQ creates Web site for sharing innovation in healthcare

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has launched a Web site called the Health Care Innovations Exchange. This site allows people from different sectors of healthcare to share unique and successful stories about their organizations with the goal of improving healthcare for all patients.

The site currently offers 100 stories of innovation, which will be updated every two weeks. Visitors to the site have the opportunity to read the profiles, view expert feedback, comment on individual stories, engage in discussions around specific topics, and join online forums with the creators of the programs and facilities that are trying to implement similar innoventions.
