In an effort to better utilize the Internet to get its message out, The American Hospital Association has launched a series of YouTube clips on its own YouTube channel. AHA officials want hospitals to take seriously the idea of engaging community and medical leaders by crafting images of themselves and messages conveying their missions using existing Internet tools.
To get the ball rolling, the AHA launched a series of brief interviews with hospital leaders around the country. The interviews discuss how the economic downturn has affected their specific hospitals. You can find interviews with leaders from individual states by clicking here.
